As the Receiver/Prep Cook you will do a variety of tasks. responsibilities include purchasing and distributing alcohol to resort locations, receiving of deliveries from vendors, ensuring products on deliveries are acceptable and orders are accurate, organizing and maintaining storage areas, help perform preventative maintenance on equipment, support kitchen leadership team by helping with prep or catering for locations and making sure product is rotated for first in/first out freshness. Candidate must be highly energetic, trust-worthy and self motivated. Requirements are the ability to move around multiple facilities at the resort, work in different temperatures, understand and work with kitchen equipment and tools, and maintain high standards of safety/sanitation.
