SUPERVISOR: Food & Nutrition Director FSLA STATUS: Full-Time Compensation: $17- $18/hour DOE Required Qualifications/Experience: • High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Ability to read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders, and work assignments. • Numerical ability to prepare and measure cleaning agents and chemicals. • Manual dexterity for the preparation of food items, serving trays, handling soiled dishes, operating dietary equipment and cleaning work area. • Availability to work nights and weekends. Duties and Responsibilities: • Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals. • Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled. • Assist in loading food carts and serving meals. • Setting up the dining room and serving residents. • Wash and store dishes. • Reporting procedures for supplies, equipment needs, food receiving and storage. • Attend in-service educational programs. • Follow defined safety and Infection Control codes while performing all duties.
