Responsibilities: • Support the environmental team with permitting, plans, inspections, and record keeping. • Participate in audits, environmental sampling, waste tracking, and disposal. • Assist with plant Energy Star efficiency improvements and tracking. • Support environmental leadership activities at plants. • Learn management tools, processes, and best practices for environmental compliance and reporting. • Travel to project and plant sites to support environmental compliance. Requirements: • Junior status or greater toward a bachelor’s degree in engineering, geology, chemistry, biology, soil science, or a related field. • Self-starter and ability to work independently. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. • Interest in environmental compliance and permitting. • Excellent driving record.
