Balance front office accounts, verifies the accuracy of guest transactions and officially closes the business day. Managing the front desk during the overnight shift, Handle late-night check-ins. Answer phones, process new bookings and guest requests. Be the primary point of contact for guest needs while ensuring the security and smooth operation of the property. • Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • High School diploma/GED required • Previous experience in hospitality preferred • Customer service experience required • Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts • Attention to detail and organized About Us: At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
