We are seeking a Lead Custodian Night Porter to guide and oversee a team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the building, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. Possess the ability to utilize a smartphone for communication and report generation. Lead a team in cleaning designated areas of the building. Clean and maintain the location space, which involves restocking supplies, sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas. Ensure that doors are secured properly. Monitor and maintain a fast and efficient workflow. Oversee that the property is cleaned according to assigned tasks. Clean restrooms, tenant spaces, elevators, and stairwells. Remove trash and replace liners, disposing of waste in designated areas. Ensure that employee time cards are reviewed and submitted to payroll promptly. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Perform other tasks as directed by the HBM supervisor. -Skills and Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must successfully pass prescreen check. Previous supervisory experience or related experience required. Ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday. Physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 30 pounds, as well as standing for long stretches and performing tasks like stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and pressing. Competence in safely and effectively operating cleaning equipment. Willingness to learn and participate in training for the position. Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently Good communication skills in English (read, write, speak, and listen) and the ability to work well in a team. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
