O’Meara Ford is looking for a motivated and dependable Quick Lube Technician to join our service team! This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in the automotive industry who wants to learn new skills and build a career in automotive service. Compensation: $20.00 flat rate Benefits • 401K • Health • Dental • Vision • Supplemental Insurance • FSA • Paid sick time • Paid vacation after a year • Employee Pricing on vehicles and services • Discount on parts • Opportunity for growth Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes. • Check and top off vehicle fluids as needed. • Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, filters, and other basic vehicle components. • Check and maintain proper tire pressure. • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any concerns to the service team. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. • Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines. • Work with service technicians and advisors to help deliver an excellent customer experience.
