Follows dealership procedures to obtain customers' proper identification before a test drive. - Records required information about each customer into the dealer-provided Customer Relations Management System on a daily basis. - Utilizes the Customer Relations Management System to develop and maintain customer database on a daily basis. - Knows and understands equity and values, and is able to explain depreciation to the customer. Knowledge comes from used car managers appraising vehicles and passing on information to salespersons. Qualifications and Skills: - Must be 18 years of age. - Must have a valid driver's license. - Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople - Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport-building - Knowledge and passion for vehicles - A welcoming and friendly demeanor - Must be able to pass a background and drug test Interested?
