We're currently seeking a Vehicle Condition Inspector for our Kansas City and St. Louis markets, who brings energy, attention to detail, and a passion for serving our dealer partners. What You'll Do: • Conduct vehicle inspections and take photographs on dealer lots to document vehicle condition. • Assign vehicle ratings and report any damage or discrepancies. • Assist with vehicle recovery, condition reports, and occasional title delivery. • Support Account Managers and the branch team with field collections. • Identify and report suspicious or unusual dealer activity. • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships in your assigned territory. What You Bring: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Clean driving record and valid driver's license. • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. • Basic knowledge of vehicle parts and systems. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Physical Requirements: • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Comfortable driving for long periods. • Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
