What We're Looking For • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. • Experience analyzing financial data, forecasts, trends, and important metrics to support business decision-making. • Comfortable building reports in Excel and/or Power BI, validating data, and formatting for an executive audience. • Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities. • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborator management skills. • Self-motivated with strong accountability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. • Proven track record to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing business needs. • Collaborative great teammate capable of working effectively across functions, cultures, and global teams. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Finance, Analytics, or similar. • 2+ years’ experience in finance-related data reporting, business intelligence, or related fields. • Highly proficient in Power BI or a similar BI dashboard tool, Excel including pivot tables, macros, formulas, modeling, and charts, and Copilot. • Preferred experience (not required) in data transformation tools, SQL, database interaction, IBM Planning & Analytics, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Python, and R.
