Key Responsibilities • Create and manage product SKUs • Generate and send customer quotes for add-on orders • Place add-on and demo orders for existing customers • Track orders through delivery and add product serial numbers to customer specific databases • Assist with new customer rollouts, ensuring smooth setup and ordering • Support existing customer renewals • Assist with subscription plan changes for existing customers • Process customer one-time invoices • Support equipment returns and swaps, coordinating logistics as needed • Maintain accurate records across relevant systems throughout all the above • Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to ensure timely execution Qualifications • Must reside in Arizona and be available during MST working hours • Ability to commit to the full mid-November to mid-February timeframe • Experience in supply chain, order management, or customer operations preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and customers • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks • CRM software experience (Salesforce preferred) Hourly Rate: $18/hour Duration: Mid-November to Mid-February (exact dates TBD) Location: Remote; Arizona residents only Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST (40 hours per week)
