Summary: The Stock Supervisor is key to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our store’s operations. This role involves organizing the stock room, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to enhance store performance. You will be in charge of receiving and storing deliveries, maintaining a well-organized stock area, and supporting the smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate a first-class shopping experience through the effective organization of back-of-house areas and merchandise flow. Timely processing of shipments, transfers, and inventory management. Communicate merchandising and supply needs to management. Efficiently manage stock in a safe and secure manner. Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to rectify discrepancies. Understand and adhere to LACOSTE’s operational procedures. Collaborate with store management on Loss Prevention strategies. Lead and develop the store team in alignment with company values. Participate in store opening and closing routines, including keyholding responsibilities.
