Travel CNA position in Moline, Illinois for a 13-week assignment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. • Monitor and document patient conditions accurately in EMR systems. • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality care. • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. • Support patient mobility and comfort, ensuring safety during transfers and ambulation. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid CNA certification in Illinois. • CPR certification. • First Aid certification. • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CNA in long-term care or rehabilitation settings. • Experience working night shifts preferred. • Familiarity with EMR systems advantageous. • Ability to work 2p-10p or 10p-6a shifts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work every other weekend, including the weekend of Oct 24th & 25th.
