This role involves managing and optimizing critical processes like fine line printing, firing, work on completion of already defined DOEs and report compilation like screen design, paste development , ensuring efficient production, maintaining high product efficiency, promoting a safe work environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and industry standards effectively. *Key Responsibilities of Role Safety and Compliance : • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits and training to maintain a safe work environment. Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to ensure full compliance with safety regulations. Production Oversight: • Supervise backend production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and targets while optimizing process efficiency and resource utilization. Process Management: • Manage critical processes like doping, passivation, and firing to maintain high-quality standards, implement SOPs for consistency, and optimize production efficiency. Implementing SPC Tools: • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to monitor and control process parameters effectively. Quality Assurance: • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to meet industry standards, address deviations promptly, and maintain product quality through corrective actions and performance tracking. Team Leadership: • Lead and support a team of technicians and operators, foster a safe and collaborative work environment, and provide training to enhance skills and productivity. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: • Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime, collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability, and ensure continuous production flow. Health and Environmental Compliance: • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promote safe work practices, and implement measures to minimize environmental impact during production. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of production activities, generate shift reports, and analyze data to track performance metrics and support decision-making processes. Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process optimization, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and participating in improvement projects.
