• Managing PAN‐India Growth Channel operations (Marketplace B2C, B2B dealers, IB)
• Manage and mentor operations team, driving KRAs, productivity, and capability development.
3. Develop and execute distribution and dispatch plans to maximize vehicle utilization and reduce transit time.
