JOB DATA: JOB TITLE: Associate Consultant – SAP FICO Experience Required : 0-2 years Location – Hyderabad/ Pune/ Hybrid Shift timings: EST – (5PM – 2AM IST) Job Summary We are seeking motivated SAP FICO Freshers or SAP FICO Certified Freshers to join our SAP Consulting team. The role offers an opportunity to work on SAP Finance projects, gain exposure to SAP S/4 HANA, and support implementation and business process initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Basic knowledge of SAP FICO (FI & CO) • Understanding of: • General Ledger (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Asset Accounting (AA) • Cost Center Accounting & Product Costing • Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA through training, certification, internship, or academic projects • Strong accounting and finance fundamentals Responsibilities • Support SAP FICO implementation and support activities. • Assist in requirement gathering, testing, documentation, and end-user support. • Learn and contribute to SAP Finance configuration and business processes. • Participate in project discussions, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Preferred • SAP FICO Certification (ECC or S/4 HANA) • SAP S/4 HANA Finance training • Internship/project experience in SAP • Knowledge of Treasury, Group Reporting, or Project Systems (PS) is an advantage Desired Traits • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills • Eagerness to learn and build a career in SAP Consulting • Team-oriented and self-motivated
