We are offering you a career that includes: • Up to $5,000 Signing & Retention Bonus (Based on industry experience) • Excellent hourly wages with bonus programs • Health, Dental, and Vision plans • Company‑paid HDHP option (employee‑only) • Gym membership • Family‑friendly work schedules • Fully stocked company van • Uniforms provided • 401(k) with company match Experience and Skills: • Operate hand and power tools including air hammers, earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, and other equipment. • Excavate, back-fill, and compact soil efficiently. • Follow safety rules and maintain a safe and clean environment. • Assist in installing sewer, water, and storm drainpipes. • Load and unload construction materials and move materials around job sites. • Maintain equipment and manage paperwork. • Assist with traffic control. • Perform other job responsibilities as assigned. Experience and Skills: • Proven experience as an Excavation Laborer or similar construction role. • Familiarity with hand and power tools and their safe operation. • Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy materials. • Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions. • Awareness of all safety procedures and regulations. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Physical Demands: • Regular use of hands and arms to handle, operate, and control tools, equipment, machinery, and office technology, requiring good hand eye coordination. • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, and hearing. • Work safely around heavy machinery and excavation equipment. • Occasionally lift up to fifty (50) pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. • Perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including prolonged standing and repetitive movements, in various weather conditions and terrains. • Vision abilities required include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, with the ability to adjust focus. • Follow safety procedures, identify hazards, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
