Job Description • Analysis and Review of projects by various techniques (e.g. Extractable and Leachable study by using instruments like GCMS, LCMS, ICPMS, IC, and other instruments) within the laboratory. • Supporting on all analytical activities in laboratory. • Preparation / review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). • Responsible for analytical method development, validation, preparation of protocol and study reports. • Involving in the IQ/OQ/PQ activities performed for different instruments in Laboratory. • Calibration and maintenance of instruments as per SOP according to the GLP practices. • Effective utilization of all available resources like instruments, apparatus etc. • Ensure and follow Good Laboratories practice, EHS and Safety policies. • Coordination with team members, superiors and subordinates within the group and across all relevant groups (customers) to achieve target timelines. • Whenever required give training to subordinates / colleagues to upgrade their knowledge and current requirements. • Review of Analytical data and test results. • Support to Manufacturing site for various activities.
