Stellenbeschreibung Roles and Responsibilities • Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods. Manage Logistics Costs to meet budgets and Op Plans. • Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market • Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions. • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of logistics experience, including significant experience within the pharmaceutical industry; or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant logistics experience. • Proven experience managing time-critical and highly regulated shipments, preferably within airline, healthcare, or pharmaceutical logistics environments. • Hands-on experience with the transportation and handling of radioactive materials, ensuring compliance with all applicable safety and regulatory requirements. • Strong SAP expertise with extensive experience in order management, shipment coordination, inventory tracking, and logistics operations. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $123,200.00-$184,800.00 Annual. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
