We are currently looking to fill our Plumbing Service Manager role in Rockville, MD.   Responsibilities:    • Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement    • Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships    • Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs    • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay ahead of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers innovative Plumbing services    • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team    • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
