Member Support Specialist – Weekend Availability at PATH Recreation & Fitness Center Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? This position requires weekend availability. What You’ll Do: • Welcome & Assist – Be the friendly face that greets members and guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. • Membership Support – Handle inquiries, process payments, and manage reservations with efficiency and professionalism. • Engage & Inform – Provide helpful information about classes, activities, and special events in person, over the phone, and via email. • Give Facility Tours – Help potential members feel at home by guiding them through our center and enrolling new members. • Maintain a Pristine Environment – Keep the facility organized, restock supplies, and assist in keeping spaces clean and inviting. • Emergency Response – Serve as a first responder in medical or building emergencies, following established safety protocols. • Support Team Success – Take on additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional member experience. What We’re Looking For: • Must be at least 18 years old. • CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). • At least one year of customer service and cash-handling experience. • Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency preferred).
