Position Summary GHJ Search & Staffing has partnered with a well-established consumer goods organization seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. \n Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily financial operations, accounting activities, and monthly close processes. • Assist with annual budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and budget-to-actual reporting. • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and operational reports to leadership. • Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and finance staff. • Ensure monthly bank reconciliations and accounting entries are completed accurately and on time. • Partner with leadership on grant management, reporting, compliance, and fund accounting activities. • Recommend and implement financial system improvements, internal controls, and staff training initiatives. \n $100,000 - $120,000 a year \n #GHJSS #LI-SV1
