The Samples Assistant position that will require the individual to work on location in Cypress, CA. This position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. This position is designed to help the licensing team by providing crucial support in managing TOP samples. What You'll Do • Taking photos of sample items • Pulling samples as necessary • Processing samples in licensor portals and internal systems • Preparing samples for shipment, accurately and timely • Other administrative duties as assigned What You'll Need • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) • Customer service experience helpful • Strong attention to detail Hybrid Apparel is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
