Foley Mansfield’s Denver office is seeking a motivated law student to join our team as a Law Clerk. You’ll work directly with attorneys on active matters, gaining hands-on experience in research, drafting, and case preparation while contributing to real client work. What You’ll Do • Conduct legal research and independent factual investigations • Draft and proofread legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses for attorney review • Organize large document productions, prepare exhibits, and summarize deposition transcripts • Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, and trial • Help manage case files, deadlines, and coordination with courts, opposing counsel, and support staff What You Bring • Currently enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student • Strong research, writing, and proofreading skills • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines • Ability to work independently and collaborate well with attorneys and staff Why Join Us Real responsibility, close mentorship from practicing attorneys, and meaningful exposure to litigation from start to finish.
