Toddler Teacher Aide Be a Difference Maker in the lives of children and families! The Teacher Aide supports Toddler Teachers in creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This position helps with daily classroom routines, supervision, child engagement, and support for children’s social, emotional, and developmental needs. The Teacher Aide will have a base classroom and will also support the center by substituting in other classrooms and floating for Teacher breaks as needed. Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Pay Range: $17.56–$19.02 per hour, depending on education and experience Apply at www.tchs4c.org/career. Minimum Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or equivalent • Willingness to obtain a Child Development Associate Credential within the first year of hire.
