Rapyuta Robotics seeks individuals who believe that collaborative work leads to more effective and sustainable outcomes and are fearless in challenging limits whether within themselves or in their surroundings to make a dent in the universe.  We are currently looking for talented people with a passion for robotics to join our team and help us further promote the robotics revolution.   Requirements Role and Responsibilities This position is part of the Talent team: • Collaborate with vendors, agents and internal stakeholders to acquire mainly engineering  talents for India and US. • Execute hiring strategies aligned with business requirements. • Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined SLA/TAT timelines. • Manage Internal communication such as promotion of referral program. • Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives. • Organize and participate in job fairs, hiring drives, and assessment centre. • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Basic Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in engineering recruitment is preferred; however, we are also open to fresh graduates who demonstrate strong intellectual ability, quick learning, and strong communication skills. • Provide regular market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring analytics • Experience collaborating on cross-functional projects across multiple departments • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic and uncertain environments • Skilled in negotiating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders Benefits Benefits • Global Impact: Work at the bleeding edge of robotics and AI. • Great team culture, peers and workplace • Competitive salary
