We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineering Intern with strong fundamentals in logical programming and databases, along with hands-on exposure to Java, Python, SQL databases, and MongoDB. The intern will work closely with the engineering team on real-world backend development and data-intensive use cases. Key Responsibilities • Develop, test, and optimize backend modules using Java and Python • Implement logic-heavy solutions with a focus on performance and correctness • Work with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and MongoDB • Design database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and perform query optimization • Work with MongoDB collections, indexes, aggregation pipelines, and data validation • Assist in API development, backend workflows, and data processing • Debug issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose effective fixes • Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes (Git) • Collaborate with senior developers to understand system design and best practices Requirements • Strong understanding of logical programming and problem-solving • Hands-on experience with Java (Core Java, OOP concepts) • Hands-on experience with Python (scripting, automation, data handling) • Solid knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts (joins, indexing, normalization) • Practical exposure to MongoDB (CRUD operations, indexing, aggregations) • Understanding of data modeling for both relational and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with REST APIs and backend concepts
