Roles & Responsibilities • Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, social media, and online research. • Identify potential clients for software, e-commerce, and IT services. • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions. • Follow up with prospects and qualify leads. • Maintain lead and sales information in CRM. • Coordinate with technical teams and support the sales process. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
