The pay range for this position is $78,000 to $95,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, specialized expertise, and overall qualifications. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support full-cycle recruiting across service and back-office roles. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will partner closely with the business to attract and hire top talent. This role goes beyond recruiting — you will act as a true partner to hiring managers, helping improve interview processes, drive better hiring decisions, and support overall business growth. This role includes an onboarding component, supporting the new hire experience from offer acceptance through day one. Why Join Tech24? • Remote work opportunity • Work with an amazing team! • Work-Life Balance — Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and your birthday off • Comprehensive Benefits — Medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability coverage (effective 1st of the month following your date of hire) • Training and Growth Opportunities • 401(k) with company match Key Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting through offer and close • Source and attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels • Conduct initial screenings and guide candidates through the process • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities • Provide coaching and support to improve interviewing and hiring practices • Drive a strong candidate experience from start to finish • Manage offers and close candidates effectively • Maintain accurate tracking in the ATS (ADP) • Support new hire onboarding processes as the role evolves, including coordination between Recruiting, HR, and IT to ensure a seamless day one experience • Delivering high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Filling roles quickly without sacrificing quality • Building strong partnerships with hiring managers • Acting as a reliable, solution-oriented resource to the business Qualifications • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience in high-volume or service-based recruiting preferred • Strong sense of urgency and ownership • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities • Solution-oriented mindset with a figure it out approach • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred Tech24 is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
