Job Purpose Lead and govern enterprise-wide Application Control operations across Data Center and Cloud environments, ensuring secure software execution, regulatory compliance, unauthorized software prevention, Application Control Block Mode implementation, governance, automation, audit management, OEM coordination, and operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities Application Control Operations • Manage Trend Micro Application Control across Windows & Linux servers. • Govern Block Mode implementation for new servers. • Manage whitelist, blocklist, RART and policy lifecycle. • Monitor Application Control events and security alerts. • Review and approve software execution requests. Operational Excellence • 24x7 monitoring and incident management. • Manage App Control-related CPU, memory and performance issues. • Drive service improvements and automation initiatives. • Daily CMDB vs App Control reconciliation. Governance & Compliance • Maintain PCI and Non-PCI whitelist/blocklist repositories. • Conduct quarterly CISO reviews. • Manage RART and policy exceptions. • Support RBI, PCI, ISO and regulatory audits. Vendor & OEM Management • Liaise with Trend Micro TAC, Microsoft, OEMs and partners. • Manage escalations, RCAs and corrective actions. • Review OEM recommendations and product roadmap. Automation & Transformation • SNOW integration for whitelist/blocklist workflows. • Event-to-ticket automation. • Maintenance Mode automation. • Compliance dashboards and KPI reporting. Team Management • Manage L1/L2 App Control team. • Define SLAs/KPIs. • Conduct training and knowledge transfer. • Create SOP & SOD Required Qualifications and Experience • • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication) or equivalent. • • Master's Degree (MBA / MCA / M.Tech) preferred. • • Strong understanding of Data Center, Cloud, Infrastructure Security, and Endpoint Security technologies. Work Experience / Skills & knowledge • 5-6 years Infrastructure / Security Operations experience • 3–5 years Application Control / Server Security experience • Experience managing large environments (3000+ servers) • Experience in Banking / BFSI preferred Preferred Certifications • Trend Micro Certified Professional • Microsoft Security Certifications • ITIL Foundation • Security+ / CISSP (Preferred)
