We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC) to join our expanding team. Responsibilities • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy • Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (COMAR, Medicaid, CARF standards) • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team • Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care Schedule & Compensation Full-Time: Competitive salary + comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEU support, retirement options). Clinical supervision provided toward full licensure. Part-Time: Flexible scheduling with pro-rated benefits for a consistent caseload. Fee-for-Service: Competitive per-session rate, flexible hours, and administrative support.
