A state has issued an RFI on the evolution of its federally certified child support enforcement system. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do - Assess the current child support system and federal OCSS certification requirements - Recommend modernization strategies: transfer, COTS, modular, or cloud - Advise on federal funding (APD), data conversion, and interfaces - Contribute to RFI responses and roadmap documents - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required - At least 5 years of professional experience with state child support enforcement (IV-D) systems or programs - Knowledge of federal OCSS certification and APD processes - Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant Nice to have - Mainframe modernization experience - Human services IT program management - Former IV-D agency staff
