A county is studying source-separated organics for its composting facility. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do - Characterize organic waste streams and collection options - Evaluate composting/anaerobic digestion technologies and facility capacity - Build cost, revenue, and market analyses - Review permitting and recommend implementation - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required - At least 5 years of professional experience in solid waste or organics management planning - Composting or organics facility feasibility experience - Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant Nice to have - NYSDEC Part 360/361 experience - PE - US Composting Council certification
