Live pursuits include technical and training assistance for real property tax assessment and an evaluation of a large city's mass appraisal program. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins. What you'll do - Evaluate CAMA models, valuation methods, and ratio-study performance (IAAO standards) - Provide technical assistance and training to assessors - Review data quality, sales validation, and assessment administration - Recommend process and system improvements - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered. Requirements Required - At least 5 years of professional experience in mass appraisal or real property assessment - Working knowledge of IAAO standards and ratio studies - Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant Nice to have - IAAO designation (CAE, RES, AAS) - New York or Pennsylvania assessment experience - Statistical modeling skills
