CWD is currently looking for an Equine Outside Sales Representative based in the New York or Long Island region. Why CWD? Do you enjoy working with horses? • At CWD, we offer you the opportunity to work for a dynamic, international, market leading saddlery company with expertise in crafting custom luxury saddles and tack • Our 6 week training program will help you gain knowledge related to saddle fitting, leather, horse biomechanics and sales Requirements What we are looking for... • Prior successful field sales experience • Someone ready to hit the road and travel, with a clean driving record • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to help clients achieve their riding goals • A passionate rider with knowledge of the English riding industry and horse shows • Strong organizational skills; reliable, independent, and dynamic go-getter Sales Representative Mission: • Become the most talented saddle expert within your territory • Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns) • Represent CWD at horse shows • Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service • Be a brand ambassador of CWD! Sales Representative Benefits: • You will receive a fixed salary and unlimited commission potential • You will also be provided with a company car + a gas card + iPhone and iPad • We will cover 100% of your personal health insurance costs through our carrier, in addition to your base pay and commission • We offer a 6 week training program, and tailored continuous training and support • 401(K) with 4% match Sales Representative Salary: Potential salary including base + commissions: • Year 1: Potential of $55K (including base + unlimited commission) • Year 2: Potential of $65K-$85k (including base + unlimited commission) • Year 3: Potential of $75K-$125k (including base + unlimited commission)
