• Typically requires a Bachelors, Masters or PhD in engineering, science or a related technical field as well as nine or more years of progressively complex program administration experience. May substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. • Experience managing electronics development programs and Internal Research and Development (IRAD) projects. • Experience with space programs, satellite missions, or other space mission environments. • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. • Results-oriented with the ability to maintain focus on program success and long-term organizational goals. • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Demonstrates technical expertise and application of program management principles, including organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet deadlines or milestones. • Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with other departments, all levels of management, customers, and government representatives. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar credentials are a plus. • Must be customer-focused and able to work independently or as part of a team; must be able to work extended hours and travel as required. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance is required.
