Position Summary: BAE Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead International projects within the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Lifecycle Integrated Product Support (LCIPS) portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Senior Level Director for LCIPS, the Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and management oversight for a multi-functional project team. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial targets, rigorous schedules, and technical objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The scope of this role encompasses Training & Simulation, Support Equipment Development, Logistics Data Development, and Sustainment projects. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Logistics, and Program Office leadership to exceed customer commitments and drive company financial success. Additionally, you will play a key role in business development by supporting new pursuits and the creation of strategic proposals, all while modeling an unwavering commitment to ethics, safety, and security.
