Represents Facilities in project and plant engineering matters. Collects data for reports, tracks project financials, schedules, and deliverables. Handles procurement orders and coordinates materials. Manages calendars, travel, meetings, and expense submissions. Attends meetings and prepares minutes and action items. Supports project management processes, maintains templates, and compiles project performance metrics. Organizes project documentation and assists with budgeting and scheduling. Supports space planning and moves. Uses the work order system to create, track, and close work orders. Assists Plant Engineering managers with budget tracking and expense analysis
