WHAT WE DO: We create smiles for children and adults by making custom-fit, hand-made appliances per their Orthodontist’s prescription. Requirements WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR, SOMEONE WHO: • Has a high school diploma, GED, or currently enrolled • Can read, write, speak, and understand English • Has a positive attitude • Enjoys working with their hands • Has a desire to learn • Comes to work every day • Pays attention to the details • Takes pride in their work • Has a strong desire to succeed • Enjoys repetitive tasks • Has good manual dexterity WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY: • Work with your hands to make an orthodontic appliance that will improve someone’s quality of life • Use hand tools and/or small equipment • Sit for the majority of the day • Collect and deliver the cases you work on from/to the shelf • Perform steady hand and arm movement • Our wire benders – use pliers to bend wires to form to the positioning of teeth • Our finishers – polish stainless steel orthodontic appliances • Our laser welders – join all the pieces together using a machine that has scopes SCHEDULE: • First Shift: Monday through Friday, Flexible start times available between 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM, working an 8-hour shift.
