As a med tech, your primary responsibility is delivering personalized resident care for all our community members, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique needs. Other primary responsibilities include: • Assist residents with medication management, including pouring and passing medications to residents in strict compliance with physicians orders • Ensure all medication documentation is current and accurate • Coordinate medication orders and deliveries with pharmacies and ensure the medication room is neat, clean, organized and maintained consistent with all applicable standards and procedures • Monitor psychotropic medication use is consistent with physician orders and ensure resident behaviors actually warrant the use of medication • Assist residents with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, using the bathroom and grooming • Assist residents with mobility issues, including escort and transfer • Assist residents with housekeeping, such making the bed and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom • Consistently utilize eHR (electronic medical records) and other systems to ensure resident care is accurately tracked and delivered consistent with each resident’s care plan • Observe residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to Resident Services Director Requirements Qualifications: • At least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED, preferred • Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors • Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution • Ability to work Friday through Monday 2PM-10PM Benefits: • Medical, dental and vision coverage, eligibility the first of the month following initial 30 days of employment • 401k match plan • Life and disability insurance • Flexible spending plan • 15 days of PTO annually, with increased days after year four • 6 paid holidays annually • Free daily lunch • Paid professional development • Tuition assistance program • Volunteer time off We maintain a COVID-safe environment.
