Description Position Overview: • This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers and in support of the CS Manager. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, result-driven individual with strong communication skills. Essential Job Functions: • Responsible for all computer input required for the position. • Answer phone calls related to customer questions and resolve problems/ complaints. • Take customer orders over the phone and write up orders and enter online. • Provide verbal or written quotations to customers. • Compile plant reports as needed. • Provide Certificates of Conformance to customers, as requested. • Must be familiar, and follow, all standard operating procedures and guidelines. • Knowledge of how and where to locate procedures and forms relevant to this position.
