You’ll work directly with restaurants, schools, healthcare facilities, hotels, institutions, and other commercial customers to keep their kitchens operating safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities may include: • Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, gas, refrigeration, and plumbing-related equipment issues • Repairing and maintaining commercial cooking equipment • Servicing ovens, fryers, griddles, steamers, ranges, dishwashers, refrigeration equipment, and other foodservice equipment • Performing preventative maintenance • Diagnosing equipment failures and determining the best repair solution • Completing service calls accurately and professionally • Communicating with customers regarding equipment problems and recommended repairs • Maintaining accurate service records • Following all safety procedures and manufacturer specifications • Keeping your service vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and maintained ⭐ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands what it means to provide excellent service.
