Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations. ## Basic Qualifications Experience with operations typical of a heavy aviation overhaul environment and C-130J systems integration. To include Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM), Isochronal, Letter Checks. Must have experience reading and interpreting Air Force technical data. Experienced with requirements and compliance with Government and Military aviation maintenance standard. e.g. AS9100 - 8210 - Technical orders and directives, engineering drawings Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Must have the ability to work non-standard shifts in support of military special operations objectives Ability to motivate teams to achieve goals while also positively impacting employee morale Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance ## Desired Skills Ability to Self-sufficiently organize and execute production strategies, manage large personnel team sizes, and work effectively through frequently conflicting priorities Military Special Operations customer support experience preferred 5 Years’ C-130J production and maintenance experience Possesses a compliance-based mindset...
