We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Sales Counselor to help achieve our occupancy goals. In this role, you’ll guide prospective residents and their families through the sales and admission process while providing exceptional customer service and supporting our mission.   What You’ll Do: Identify and develop leads while building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Conduct community tours, respond to inquiries, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales process. Prepare sales packages, review applications and financial documentation, and facilitate the admission process. Discuss prospective residents’ needs and levels of care, collaborating with internal departments as needed. Coordinate resident move-ins and ensure a smooth transition into the community. Assist with marketing events and contribute to the development of marketing plans. Maintain accurate sales records, protect confidential information, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.   What We Offer: Competitive pay with bonus potential. Qualifications: What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of two years of sales or senior living experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or lead-tracking software. Ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively with a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.
