Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Headquarters - Carol Stream, IL, Education Level: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Salary Range: $23.51 - $29.38Hourly, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Management, *** This position is scheduled to work Monday - Thursday from 3:30 pm - 2:00 am. ***   As a result of continuous business growth, we are currently seeking a Floor Lead to join our team.  The Floor Lead provides direction to manufacturing team members on day-to-day operations and maintains quality and production standards.    Candidate Profile: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Action/ detail oriented, strong leadership, and drive for results Knowledge of focused areas within fabrication to include but not limited to: Machine Operation, Welding, Press Brakes, and CNC Machines Must be a team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment Must work well independently and make sound business decisions Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), MRP Systems, blueprints, bill of materials (BOM’s) and ERP systems.
