In this fast-paced and detail-driven role, you’ll work directly with customers and child care providers to determine eligibility, guide families through the enrollment process, and ensure compliance with Workforce Solutions policies and contractual requirements. You’ll review documentation for accuracy, calculate parent cost share, and maintain precise data entry across systems like TWIST and FACS, all while upholding rigorous quality standards of 95% or higher. Known for delivering exceptional customer service, you’ll build strong relationships, resolve concerns efficiently, and support eligibility processes including enrollments, recertifications, and status updates.
