Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes in health status. Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation. Collaborate with healthcare team members to support continuity of care. Respond to medical needs while maintaining a safe, secure environment. Deliver compassionate, professional care while maintaining appropriate boundaries. Qualifications: 📋 Qualifications Current, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania. Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain certification as required. Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a healthcare team. Dependability and flexibility to provide day-shift coverage based on facility needs. Flexible Scheduling: Use our online scheduling exchange to view available shifts and communicate your availability in advance. Monthly Availability: PRN team members are asked to provide at least four available dates each month. Reliable Coverage: Honor accepted and scheduled shifts to help maintain consistent patient care. Holiday Availability: Share holiday availability in advance whenever possible. Scheduling Priorities: Full-time and part-time schedules receive priority when shifts are assigned. Facility-Specific Needs: Availability requirements vary based on facility size, staffing model, and coverage needs.
