Job Details: Level: Management, Job Location: 0PZ69 TULKOFF FOOD PRODUCTS LLC - BALTIMORE , MD, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $68000.00 - $92000.00Salary, Job Shift: 2nd Shift, Summary: The primary role of the Sanitation Manager is to organize, manage and direct the activities of the sanitation crew in order to meet or exceed internal QC standards.   Responsibilities: Daily scheduling of sanitation personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to meet all daily sanitation requirements in a productive and cost-efficient manner. Track employee time, write performance reviews, and administer disciplinary actions if necessary. Ensure all scheduled plant sanitation activities for processing equipment is executed as defined in the SSOPs. Help coordinate appropriate chemical and safety training for all direct reports. Assist in overseeing the purchasing of sanitation supplies and operating within budget. Ensure proper concentrations of chemicals, and temperatures are reached to maintain effective cleaning. Promote safety to ensure a safe work environment.   Qualifications: Five years’ experience in Food Manufacturing Quality/Sanitation Experience with HACCP and Sanitation programs. Hands-on commitment to getting the job done. Prior management experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work outside primary job responsibilities to support the business as needed.
