Build your future in healthcare leadership!   Carriage Hill Health & Rehab is seeking an Administrator in Training to develop the skills needed to lead a health and rehabilitation center. Working alongside an experienced Administrator and preceptor, you will gain hands-on experience in center operations, team leadership, resident care, regulatory compliance, financial management, and quality assurance.   What You’ll Do: Work closely with your preceptor to learn all aspects of center operations. Develop skills in planning, organizing, and managing daily operations. Strengthen your leadership skills through communication, delegation, hiring, employee recognition, and performance management. Learn the responsibilities of each department and how teams work together to support quality care. Learn to read, analyze, and prepare reports that measure operational performance. Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field preferred. Strong computer skills. Ability to travel as needed to the Fredericksburg and Richmond area.
