Schedule: Full time, days. Main Function: • Demonstrates skills in communication, including effectively gathering and disseminating information • Demonstrates skills in caring • Ability to be flexible • Ability to be patient • Conscientious associate • Ability to proactively resolve problems, recommending, and implementing continuous quality improvements. • Demonstrates integrity regarding confidential information. • Supports nursing care standards and Continuing Care Center policies. Qualifications: • Experience with the geriatric population • Ability to multitask Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Associate degree preferred with additional training in medical terminology. • Two (2) years prior experience in customer service and clerical duties preferred. • Previous experience with Microsoft Office, and an electronic medical record.
