Ensure delivered items are stored and secured properly. • Must go above and beyond for guests and other team members. • Enthusiastically supports decisions once they have been made by management. • Ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment. • Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. • Maintain a clean organized work environment that is free of safety hazards which may include sweeping and mopping. • Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws, and regulations including those relating to food safety. • Knowledgeable about menu items and cocktail recipes, preparing drinks to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods. • Use point-of-sale system to accurately place orders, open tabs, and process payments to assist bartenders and servers during peak periods. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
